The route may be cancelled by the company in case of bad weather: if the weather conditions are unfavorable, the route will be postponed to another date to be determined between the two parties within the same season. If the customer is unable to attend, the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p><p>2. In the event that the company detects that a vehicle is in poor condition, the route will be postponed; if the customer is unable to complete the journey on another day, the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p><p>3. Personal reasons of the customer: in the event of suspension for reasons attributable to the customer, this includes failure to show up, being late, or failing to notify the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, they will lose their right to a refund.<\/p><p>4. Failure to comply with some of the requirements required of the customer, whether as a driver or passenger in the vehicle, or verifying that the customer does not have a clear understanding of how the vehicle operates and is handled. Any reckless driving practices, such as skids, are prohibited. Only the persons declared at the time of formalizing the rental (users and companions) are authorized to use the vehicle. The lessee is responsible to the lessor for any damages, losses and injuries caused by the misuse of the vehicle.<\/p><p>2. The lessee and the users are obliged to: drive in accordance with the current law, to be at all times in a condition to drive the vehicle, adapting the traffic to the correct circumstances of the road, and to the traffic regulations of the municipal authority.<\/p><p>3. It is prohibited for the user of the vehicle to drive in physically inadequate conditions, motivated by the consumption of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants, or fatigue that prevents proper control of the vehicle.<\/p><p>4. The lessee will be responsible for all expenses and fines resulting from violations committed during the period of use of the rented vehicle.<\/p><p>5. The rental price includes civil liability insurance that covers damages that may be caused as a result of defects in the rented equipment.<\/p><p>6. The customer is responsible for having adequate insurance coverage against risks that may arise during the rental period. The lessor is not liable for claims resulting from accidents, injuries, blows or damage to themselves or their property. Or for the loss of an object during the rental period. Damages caused to third parties, persons or property are fully covered by the corresponding liability insurance included with the rental of the vehicle.<\/p><p>7. Failure to comply with the terms of this contract entitles the lessor to unilaterally terminate the contract and take immediate possession of the vehicle at the location where it is located, without the lessee being entitled to any type of claim or compensation.<\/p><p>8. Likewise, the lessee will bear all judicial expenses arising from the lessee's failure to comply with the obligations set forth in the following contract.<\/p><p>9. The material must be returned complete and in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer; the cost of loss, theft or robbery shall be borne by the lessor.<\/p><p>10. The data provided in the following contract, as well as the images taken during the activity, will be used in accordance with LO. 15\/1999, December 13, on the protection of personal data; the lessee is informed that their data will be included in the file belonging to Grupo Elefante S.
